1

Colombo

Zoom Lanka representatives will meet you at the Bandaranaike International Airport and take you to the capital city of Colombo (an hour’s drive from the airport). Your first night spent in Sri Lanka will be spent at Paradise Road Tintagel Hotel.

If there is time, you can take a tour of Colombo city and get an insight into its culture and heritage.

Anuradhapura

Next morning, you will leave Colombo and proceed to Anuradhapura (approximately 4 hours) to explore the history of Sri Lanka and after visiting the ancient ruins, you can spend the night at the hotel.

Next day morning, we will go to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa where you can explore its beautiful, amazing land. The afternoon is reserved for a luxury jeep safari in Minneriya National Park.

3, 4

Jaffna

In the morning, after a 4-hour drive, you will arrive in the northern city of Jaffna, rest at the hotel, and proceed to Jaffna Fort at the end of the day. On day 4, we have planned a visit to Nagadeepa ruins and a city tour of Jaffna.

The fifth day is reserved for relaxing at the hotel.

5, 6

Sigiriya

Day 5 Check out from the hotel and reach Sigiriya after a 5 hour drive and spend the next two nights in Sigiriya then your Sigiriya tour begins with a village tour and lunch. There you will explore the ruins of a stone fort on top of the hill and climb the rock for 2-3 hours to reach the “Lion Rock”.

On Day 6, you will explore the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, 1 and a half hours from Sigiriya. An afternoon jeep safari at Minneriya National Park is also planned, followed by a return to the hotel for overnight stay.

7, 8, 9

Kandy

The next morning you will check out from the hotel and travel to Kandy where you will visit the Dambulla Cave Temples and the scenic Ayurvedic Herb Garden and Kandy will be your overnight stay. The next two days are at leisure and you can participate in hotel activities (such as yoga and other wellness programs) at your discretion. In the city of Kandy, the evening is reserved for visiting the Temple of the Tooth and a Kandy cultural dance show.

Nuwara Eliya

After a peaceful stay in Kandy, you will arrive at the popular hill destination of Nuwara Eliya and on the way, you will visit the beautiful Ramboda Waterfalls, a tea factory and tea estates. After a 3-4 hour drive, you will arrive at the hotel for the night.

11, 12, 13

Haputale

The next morning you will be taken to the scenic town of Haputale, after which you will spend the rest of your time at the hotel and spend the next three days relaxing, enjoying the cold weather, and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains.

14, 15

Ella

An hour’s drive from Haputale to the beautiful town of Ella, you have two days to explore Little Adams Peak, Ella’s urban culture while staying in Ella.

16, 17

Yala

On Day 16 of the Sri Lanka tour, you will have the opportunity to visit Ravana Falls as you leave the falls and head towards Yala. At 3.00 pm, a jeep safari is arranged for you to explore Yala National Park and Leopard Nest is where you will stay for the next two nights. Day 17 is reserved for a full-day jeep safari excursion in Yala National Park, which provides an opportunity to spot Sri Lankan wildlife and spot rare animals.

18, 19, 20

Galle

A four and a half hour drive from Yala towards Galle and on the way to Galle, you will have the opportunity to observe the ancient fishing tradition of Sri Lanka, the Stilt Fishing. The next three days are reserved for your stay in Galle.

On the 18th day you can observe the local fish market in Galle and then spend the next two days making the most of the soft sands of the stunning South Beach followed by a walk around Holland Fort.
