Family Tour to Sri Lanka

Designed for your family, this tour allows the young and strong to climb “Mini Adams Peak” while allowing the elderly to sit back and relax and take in the views from their hotel. Or, everyone can make a day trip to Yala National Park.

 2, 3

Sigiriya

On your way to Sigiriya the next morning, you will have a chance to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. On the second night, you will stay at a hotel in Sigiriya.

On the morning of the third day, you will be taken to see the ruins of the ancient kingdom of Polonnaruwa and then enjoy a wonderful Sri Lankan rice and curry meal at Priyamali’s home.

You will be able to end the day by experiencing a sunset from the Sigiriya Lion Rock.

Kandy

You will visit the Dambulla Cave Temple in Dambulla town and then proceed to Kandy city where you will have an amazing sightseeing experience around the Kandy lake and in the evening you will have the opportunity to watch a cultural dance show.

5, 6

Nuwara Eliya

In the morning you will be able to attend the Temple of the Tooth festivities and later, you will have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Ramboda Falls on your way to the beautiful town of Nuwara Eliya.

We will take you to explore the amazing Horton Plains the Tea Estates, Pedro Tea Factory and trails to the ” World’s End ” and will also have a boat safari on Lake Gregory. At the end of the day, you return to the hotel for the night.

Ella

Next morning we have arranged for you a scenic train ride from Nanuoya to Ella town and at Ella you can visit “Little Adams Peak” and Ravana Falls. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to make a real Sri Lankan meal of rice and curry.

Yala

Traveling to the south of the island, you will visit the Budruvagala Buddha statue on the way to Yala town and in Yala town, you will also take part in a jeep safari in the Yala National Park.

Mirissa

On the way to Mirissa, you can visit the fish market and observe the ancient and odd tradition of stilt fishing. After arriving at Mirissa Hotel you can spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach.

10, 11, 12

Bentota

After the early morning whale watching tour in Mirissa, on your way to Galle you can explore the Galle Dutch Fort. Your next stop is Bentota on the southern coast.

The last two days of this tour are completely dedicated to relaxing on the beach and enjoying the beautiful sunshine.

13, 14

Colombo

On the thirteenth day you will arrive in Colombo en route to visit the turtle hatchery and take a boat ride on the Madu Lake and your overnight stay is in Colombo.

If there is enough time before your flight departs, the fourteenth day is reserved for exploring the city and shopping.
